Most of the people that get into MLM fail!
Why?
Well ... here are seven (7) reasons that I have noticed:
Reason #1
They don't believe or trust in the company!
If for any reason you do not believe that your company can deliver products & pay checks on time, then you will not stay with that company very long!
A lot of belief and trust in a company is placed in the hands of the company and their actions!
Here is how I see it ... what are some things that could cause you not to trust your MLM company?
Drastically changing the compensation plan or changing the compensation plan TOO often!
Not delivering products or services on time and with no explanation!
Not sending out pay checks on time!
If a company does not do what they say that they are going to do, then integrity is lost!!
Once this happens ... it's the beginning of the end!
Then again, most people get into MLM programs just to make money and at the same time they never even try or buy the products/services that is offered by the company!
A good example would be selling long distance service but you don't use the long distance service yourself! If you are not willing to commit to buying products/services each & every month from your MLM program (preferably on auto ship) then I got 10 words for you:
YOU DON'T BELIEVE IN YOUR COMPANY & IT'S PRODUCTS / SERVICES!
One last question for you, how can you recommend something you've never tried yourself?
Reason #2
You don't believe in yourself!
Why? Because you have tried MLM before to no avail! You let your past experiences predict your future! By doing this, you automatically sabotage all of your actions from the "get go"! Chances are pretty darn good that you have a poor "Self Image" of yourself and you do not even realize it!
Reason #3
You do not have a consistent recruiting system that is duplicatable & no training system to develop & support downline members!
In any MLM program system, that system has to be able to market first --- bring in new recruits and then network second --- build relationships through constant contact and training to maintain those recruits so that you can have a long term residual income!
Reason #4
Wrong Expectations
Many people drop out of a MLM simply because they have a "get rich quick" mentality! If they are not making the "big bucks" by next week, then they bail out and join the next "pie in the sky" deal! Are you guilty of this? Are you an MLM Junkie --- Jumping From Program To Program?
MLM is a process and not a big event --- remember that! As long as you think that MLM is a big event, then you will ALWAYS lose out ... period!!
Make a commitment to become a student of the industry!!!
Reason #5
No Dreams, No Goals, and No Plan of Action To Accomplish Them! You are just plain LAZY!!!
If you don't know where you are going then how are you going to get there? First, you must ask yourself this question. Why do you want to make extra money MLM? Until you can answer this question with purpose, sincerity & clarity then you will not be successful in MLM long term! Bottom line! Then get off you "assets" and do something about it!
Reason #6
You are a victim of start-up companies!
80% of all MLM Companies go out of business in their first year of operation. 95% of all Start-Up MLM Companies go out of business in their first three years! It is your best bet to get in a company that has been around for at least 3 years --- better yet 5 years! You will increase your odds of success! IF THE COMPANY DOESN'T HAVE A FUTURE; YOU WON'T HAVE A FUTURE EITHER! This is not to say that a new company won't grow up to last for a long time and become a major force in the industry, but the odds are against it. Let someone else test the waters. If it is a good opportunity now, then it'll be good three (3) years from now.
Reason #7
You don't know how to evaluate MLM pay plans!
All pay plans are not the same. Some pay plans are too difficult to understand. Some pay plan's qualifications are too high! And ... some just don't pay enough ... quick enough! Knowing how to evaluate MLM pay plans can be crucial in determining how long you stay with your MLM program.
